Technical Description
Six Colour Rotogravure Printing Cum Lamination M/C Size 32" Printing Unit
Printing unit fitted with heavy duty C.I. Casting frame and foundation plates. Each Printing unit pnumatically operated on each printing unit. Impression roll with adjustment at both side. Printing cylinder shaft mounted on antifriction bearing housing and positively driven by precision gear box. Ink Tray fitted with worm and gear to easy and smoothly operated up and down. Doctor blade assembly ensuring equal pressure for high quality and consistant printing along with forward and reverse printing facility.
Unwinding Unit
Fitted with web guider, automatically tension control with load cells for constant tension.
Rewinding Unit
Fitted with Center cum Surface winding with gear drive from main motor with friction clutch.
